The kitchen, bathrooms and shower rooms were very clean. I liked the coded door locks and the great system of boxes to store items in the fridge The place was very quiet and other guests were extremely well behaved - not a party place!

Quite and that’s why I didn’t ticked anything under the question (how was the stuff?) because there was no stuff and that’s the beauty of it. You check yourself in and enjoy your staying. Check yourself out and you don’t see anyone. I know they are there but you don’t see them . Anyways this is my second time and they have step up since then. This is my place to stay in Maunganui every time. Keep up the good work guys.

Very clean and well maintained. Good amenities for the age and style. Well managed and management/staff happy to help or advise on anything. Easy (but hot) walk to main Mount facilities. Brilliantly close to Bay Oval.

The entire property was warm and welcoming, loved that we could check in at our own time through the coding system, Staff were helpful and friendly - Bed was comfortable and I loved that our room had its own aircon/heat pump. Despite the fact that our room had its own bathroom I did use the guest bathrooms and they were clean and tidy and positioned well through the accommodation so it's not a far walk to the shared bathrooms wherever your room is for the rooms with no bathroom facilities. It was a bit strange at first to have a completely unpersonal check in just by door code. It worked great however. Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and tidy. Large shared kitchen area and guest lounge with books, games, TV and DVDs. Plenty of parking available. I liked my stay and would come again.
